Players in the 2025 Saturday Closing Day were tested with a novelty stableford aptly named “It” is Christmas. Great fun was had on every fairway with each one having a different rule such as; Bowl it, Share It, Halve It, Swap It, Fudge It etc and players had to have their wits about them to compete.
Winners were Helen Peterson 42pts, Christine Seaman 39pts and Margaret Antony 38pts C/B
Longest Drive with a Putter Div 1 was Alison Mooney and Div 2 Sue Ellen Langbein
Secret Partners; Donna Kent & Christine Hobbs 74pts
Anywhere on the Green at the 11th was Alison Croker
The day completed the women’s program for 2025 and the summer competition will begin Wednesday 10 December. Our Women’s Committee thank all players for their support and participation during the year. We resume on Wednesday January 28th 2026.
